Escape Lounge Ont T4 - Guasti

Still closed even though you can book a reservation. I have tried for several months to get into the terminal 2 lounge and it is closed every time.

The Escape lounge in Terminal 2 remains closed despite its website and multiple other articles stating that it’s open. When we tried to call either the Terminal 4 or 2 lounge to confirm status, nobody answers. Don’t waste your time.

Melissa, the host, was wonderful! Her positivity, and good energy made my layover relaxing and relaxing enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Wow! What an amazing venue. Out of all the places at ONT, Escape Lounge is the best. The best service, a quiet and pleasant place to unwind both before or after a flight. Try the tacos, the deviled eggs and the cookies are such a nice treat. Sharon and Veronica delivered first class service during our entire visit. They made helpful suggestions and were on top of our every request. Cheers!!

We visited the lounge Thursday June 17, 2021. Veronica was our server and host. She was wonderful !! She was very courteous, attentive and overall defined customer service. She gave great recommendations on the menu and went above and beyond. I will definitely be back to T4 in the future when I travel. Thank you Veronica.
