Birreria Guadalajara - Guasti

This place serves amazingly delicious food. I ordered the birria plate. Perfectly cooked. The homemade tortillas are a wonder bonus. The Consomé was tasty and hearty. Out of the three birria places near me, this place is the best. May they always remain in business. Bravo!

Ramen birria spilled all over bag lack of flavor. Trio tacos tortilla werent throughly cooked. Overall not impressed on lack of flavor asked for salsa de aceita and got two spicy which lacked flavor as well. Wanted to love since I was referred but it didnt make the cut

I ordered a few Quesabirria tacos for my picky teenager and he tore those things up! He loved the consommé too!
