Asiga - Guam

This restaurant offers homemade, vegetable-based dishes that are allergy-friendly. The staff is highly knowledgeable about all ingredients used. The food is delicious, the restaurant is clean, and there is plenty of parking available. It is easy to find and worth a visit.

I had the kuchenshake ice cream, so delicious. Why isn't all ice cream made this way? I also tried the tasty muffins, cookies, and the turmeric tea. Overall, I would give it a 10/10.

It was a 30-minute walk in the hot sun from the Hilton, but I have zero regrets! We ordered two scoops of ice cream, one was Pandan vanilla which I have only had a few times on the mainland. The other was a local banana flavor that tasted slightly like pistachios with a hint of marshmallow. It was delicious! I also took a coffee cake to go and the next day it was still moist (which is difficult to achieve with vegan baked goods). I was very impressed!

Fantastic vegan bakery and plant-based ice cream that is hard to find in guam! Many coffee options are also available.
