And they had the breakfast in town (Huevos Rancheros, Jamon con huevo, Machaca, Chorizo, etc.. not to mention the amazing burritos.. It's quaint yet plentiful. Abundantly elegant. The jukebox in the corner fills the atmosphere with Banda or Cumbia classics. I've been coming here for a few years and it's delicious! If you're in the area please stop by and support LocalAZ! El Niño is amazing. Pro-tip: salsa Verde is delicious!
During my vacation, I stumbled upon a review online that prompted me to visit “Vane's Cafe Breakfast and Lunch” for breakfast. However, when I arrived at 9201 S Avenida Del Yaqui, I had a hard time locating the cafe as it is situated inside an enclosed plaza next to City Hall. Just as I approached, the owners were opening the doors, and they welcomed me inside and took my order almost immediately. It wasn't until I received my receipt that I realized the restaurant's name wasn't El Nino Restaurant. Compared to what I typically pay in Houston, I found my breakfast burrito to be a bit on the expensive side, but it was quite large.
Fantastic Mexican cuisine! Everything from the chicken soup to the menudo, flautas, beans, and rice was delicious. The horchata water was amazing too. I loved my experience here. The service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Love the chicken soup.
