The owners can be a bit stand-offish but once you become a regular and get to know them they are very nice. The food is definitely 5 stars and one of the places that serves more authentic sushi, nigiri and sashimi style mostly. Great and excellent value for the price. Just make sure to go before 3:30 because they start getting low on stock around that time.

Omg i thought all the sushi in Mexico is fake. Cuz I’ve seen so many wired sushi in Mexico (with strawberry, kiwi and cream cheese etc) But here is real. You can count on me. So yummy and reasonable price. It’s worth it. If i go Guadalajara again I definitely go again. NIGIRISAN IS THE BEST SUSHI PLACE IN MEXICO

Fue toda una experiencia de sabores; cada nigiri y maki tenía su propia identidad. Nos encantó el de atún dulce, así como el pankracio y los onigiris. Lo mejor es que puedes armar tu propia cajita.
