フィードバックを提供するI just returned from a fairly basic dinner at a pretty substantial cost. If I wasn 't staying at the hotel, I would not eat here again. The actual dinning area was closed and service was in the lobby bar area but by the restaurant. The New York strip was prepared as requested and was a nice cut of meat. The vegetables were over cooked, not properly trimmed. The potatoes reminded me of those one used to get out of an instant box back in the day. Speed of food preparation and delivery to table was acceptable; order being odd in the sense that rolls came 15 minutes 'after ' the entree. Those around me had their orders arrive incorrectly from what they had requested. The wait staff was apologetic but correction time disrupted natural dinner flow. Servers were generally inattentive; not a huge issue since I prefer not to be interrupted a lot but it would be nice to at least be asked if you wanted a drink refill or dessert.
I was staying at the connected hotel, and checked in on a wildly busy night with a large event. I ordered takeout, the server was patient and attentive, and though just a cheeseburger and fries, it was fresh made, satisfying, and VERY tasty!
I think ramen from a can would have tasted better. Maybe it was just the Japanese place that was awful. I don't know. Drive, Uber, or walk to some other restaurant for food.The hotel catered meals during a workshop were great.
First time I had their breakfast buffet. Great atmosphere and the staff is very friendly.
