Mcdonald's - Grundy

My family visited this McDonald's today, and it was by far the worst one I've ever been to. I've been to many locations across several states, as my 7-year-old loves McDonald's fries. Unfortunately, she couldn't even enjoy hers because they were overcooked, hard, and seemed to have been fried in old grease. We had to request that someone clean off a booth for us, as the restaurant was quite dirty, and despite it not being busy, nobody was tending to the cleanliness. Additionally, the women's restroom was out of order, and the service was lacking. I would not recommend eating here.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever visited! After spending 30 years in the U.S. Army across the globe, I can say without a doubt that this location is at the bottom of the list. My number is 540-492-3199, and I would welcome the opportunity to speak with the owner directly. Every time I've visited, the iced caramel mocha or milkshake machine has either been out of service or in the process of being cleaned, and this has happened at all hours of the day and night. If your employees were any worse, we would probably be communicating in Russian or Chinese. I would be embarrassed to be associated with such a poorly run establishment. Please consider closing this place down. I'm so frustrated I could bite nails! The owner should definitely take a moment to come and see the state of things here—unless they just don't care.
