Wendy's - Groveland

Drive thru for dinner. Food was good. Staff were great. Very friendly.

Two times in the row I received the wrong food. Nothing but untrained lazy kids trying to run a business. If the doors were open, I would have gone inside. Now have to wait in line all over again. So much for fast food. My mistake for even going. Management is terrible. Never going back

A great fast food lunch spot for a contractor. Loved Wendy's since a kid. They could use some improvements in their chicken but otherwise perfect and a great chili to go anytime I want it

Walked in with nobody in the store but me and my child. There were 6 or 7 employees and THREE were working. Two were outside, and the rest were standing around. I ordered at the touchscreen and waited for almost 20 min while they all chatted. There was one young lady with a nose ring running the entire store with another tall gentleman and they were doing there best to do drive thru and tend to me. The trash cans were literally overflowing, there were trays filled with trash on two tables since the cans were too full. And all but one table, which we sat at had ?muck? on it. Had to fight several flies to get to my food before they did. Totally ridiculous experience. I?ll drive to the other location before ever coming back here again!

I wanted to give a shout out to the lovely workers at our new Wendy's! My dog Hazel threw herself in front of a car yesterday, and got a nasty cut on the inside of her leg. Luckily nothing was broken, but she was still limping and really depressed. I wanted to bring her home a burger from the dollar menu, and only had like 5 or 6 bucks until I get paid. When I mentioned why I wanted a burger for my dog, the sweet girl at the window gladly offered me her employee burger to me for Hazel. She, and another employee gave me theirs, so hazel got two! I hope they're able to see this! This is hazel enjoying the first of her two burgers. She immediately forgot about the pain in her excitement! Thank you so much!
