Our veranda and car were shoved several times and a friendly visit to make sure that we had all cups and towels, etc., that we had to make our stay pleasant. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful coffee service and small fridge. Bathroom with hairdryer, towels, and most delicious smelling shampoo, etc. Heaters and heavy blankets kept us very cozy and the beds were comfortable. We were in a two bedroom cabin and it felt very spacious. The terrain is beautiful, with helpful well-marked paths that lead to a living area and a playroom. The pool and the spa are very large and the bathrooms are warm like a sauna. Well sorted gift shop with delicious breakfast Burritos and everything you need. The tavern is friendly and the dinner staff at the restaurant went out to make sure we were satisfied with our meals. Beautiful menu and creative drinks keep theme with the wooden lodge atmosphere. Logs kept on the fire and service prompt and meals beautiful. We can't wait to come back. Such loving and special memories of the beautiful Evergreen Lodge. The location was very close to the entrance of Yosemite Park.
From the very beginning it was possible to see that this place contains a lot of history, from its rustic playrooms to the actual house-like hotel rooms, it was exciting to discover and experience such a great heritage that this hotel offers. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were closed, part of the hotel that my family and I really wanted to enjoy, especially when the weather was cold. The hotel didn't warn us. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
My husband and I just came back from our trip to Yosemite and had a wondaful time at the lodge. The two bedroom cabin had a nice rustic feel, was furnished well and was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly and also had an expert to plan the day trips to Yosemite. There is a great restaurant and tavern with a somewhat limited menu but everything was made very well and would be considered a top notch restaurant where I live. The property was nice with a charming landscape to walk through. I would highly recommend staying at the Evergreen Lodge.
It is a little pricey but the 'cabin ' rooms are nice. Excellent beds. The rooms even have Alexa in them. The restaurant has 1st class and top notch food!! The pool area is nice with snack foods and drinks. Good 'General Store ' and gift shop.
Just enjoyed an incredible four days at the Evergreen Lodge. It was a beautiful complex with everything that you need to relax and enjoy the beauty of Yosemite. The restaurant gets busy, but the BBQ is a great alternative. So many fun things for kids and adults alike!
