Wendy's - Grove City

This is a fantastic restaurant with friendly staff and a very positive atmosphere. The food was served hot and freshly prepared, making for an enjoyable experience. While we were there, we were asked to participate in a survey, and as a bonus, we received a free Baconator! A big thumbs up to Wendy's!

This Wendy's location is quite good. The food is consistently served at the right temperature, and the sandwiches are usually packaged neatly. My orders are almost always accurate, and I rarely have to go back when using the drive-thru. The service during ordering and payment is typically good, but it could use a bit more positivity and friendliness to deserve a fifth star. I should note that my experiences at this restaurant over the past year and a half have mostly been in the drive-thru. On one occasion, when I went in to use the restroom, I noticed that the toilets had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of stale water, and they needed cleaning. Overall, though, I would give the drive-thru food a solid four stars.

The staff in the hallway were excellent and ensured everything ran smoothly. Sebastian always brightens my day when he’s working! He truly enhances the overall experience.
