Pizza Hut - Grove City

I mistakenly confused this location with the South Hamilton site, so I apologize for that. This place is fantastic—the food is always served hot and looks amazing. Your manager, Brent, is an incredible person who truly takes care of his customers and is very polite.

I enjoyed some delicious crispy traditional wings today, along with the breadsticks and a stuffed crust BBQ pizza. Overall, it was a lovely visit.

I had a great experience at this restaurant in Grove City! The staff is extremely friendly and truly seems to care about their customers. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut!

The employees at this location are GREAT, always friendly and helpful, and the food is decent for the prices. But the way the corporate office has removed the ability to just call the damned restaurant directly is one of the most the most infuriating things to deal with when you have a minor issue that a real person at the real location could fix in 2 minutes. It really is astoundingly stupid that the call center is the only way to talk to a human (considering how pointless it is) instead of having it as a backup for handling calls when the local employees are too busy with other things. And I fully expect to see an empty “we always want you to have a great experience here at (robot voice inserts local store number)” but you can go ahead and send that useless social media platitude to my corporate number at 1-800-Yum-Sucks.

Sometimes Pizza Hut is better than other times. Tonight the Pizza was perfection. We dined in and the pan pizza was just perfect, outstanding for a chain outfit, really. The fountain soda dispenser was out of commission which is a bummer. 20 ounce bottles were available.
