Papa Johns Pizza - Grove City

I ordered it on the phone and it was ready when I got there within 15

Pizza was excellent plenty of sauce and cheese done on time also great rewards

If we could give Zeros I would. Ordered on line. Said it would be 75 minute wait. When we showed up to pick up our paid pizza, we were told it would be another 45 minutes. Why does it take so long? Terrible customer service.

Every time I order at this location, it's a 2 hour wait for a pick up of 2 pizzas. I had to cancel my order today. It said 55 minutes for a pick up. I went to get it an hour later and was told I had about another hour to hour and a half for my pizza. There were 4 people working that I could see and 6-7 other people standing and waiting. I keep giving this location chance after chance because I understand every place has a bad night but judging by my experiences and the many reviews of people in the same or worse situation it is obvious that this place has a real issue and a bad pattern. I won't be back unfortunately

The food arrived hot and fresh and the delivery guy was very polite. GREAT JOB.
