Frisch's Big Boy - Grove City

Shana was the best server I have ever had. She was extremely pleasant, attentive, and conscientious, which is no small feat considering she was the only server working during a busy time. The food was delicious as always. This restaurant must stay open indefinitely. There aren't many Big Boy restaurants in the Columbus area, and I wouldn't know what to do without my favorite sweet soup, salad, and hot fudge cake.

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! Even though the service industry has suffered during the pandemic, there is still hope. Darlene took great care of us, Skyler was a wonderful hostess, and the young man at the register was delightful. I am grateful for the exceptional service provided.

I believe this restaurant is well-maintained and clean. It seems like the waitstaff may be going through some personal issues, but they were still very friendly and hard-working. I think they may be affected by the current labor market situation like many others. We tried both the breakfast buffet options and the staff did a great job in keeping it up. They were also very accommodating and helpful with my children. I would not hesitate to visit this restaurant again in the future.

Shana was a great face and experience for a company I believed was dead and food I would never taste again. she was well gifted and very informed about the status of the restaurant as well as other places. as a child this was the place after the church and I never thought I would see it again. as greeted by shana, and all she deserves to run this place, and I would be back if I knew this and make the journey weekly all the way out here. it was amazing chance to find. but shana made it like all the times when I was a child and brought the nostalgia to live. thanks shana and fresh!

Our waitress, Shana, was friendly and attentive. The 5 stars are based solely on the service.The all-you-can-eat seafood buffet was, to be kind, disappointing. It has limited and unappealing options, below-average food quality and is a poor value. I would give the buffet 2 stars just for it being all-you-can-eat. I would not get it again.
