フィードバックを提供するI genuinely believe this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited, and unfortunately, it’s a consistent experience every time I go. Waiting for 30 minutes might be acceptable if my orders were correct and the staff were not so rude. Please don’t use being understaffed as an excuse—everyone is facing staffing issues these days. The real problem lies in poor management.
It seems that every time we get coffee here, it's burnt and tastes terrible. When we request a fresh pot, the staff get upset. I believe the coffee urns need to be cleaned, and they should be making fresh coffee at least once an hour. Overall, the service is quite disappointing.
I had a coupon for a free iced coffee and a guy named Zach charged me full price. When I mentioned it he said oh must have been used already. Then walked away. Didn't have a manager come talk to me or anything. It was a coupon I won at a gun raffle in araffle basket. This was not already used. I didn't even see him scan it. The drinks were made promptly however and they weregood.
I'll keep it brief. I waited 32 minutes for a mobile order. The poor employee seemed overwhelmed, and I felt sorry for her, but honestly, 32 minutes for just one coffee while other customers were in and out receiving their orders? It took over a week for the company to address my concern, and I had to contact corporate just to receive any acknowledgment. To this day, the store has never reached out to me to resolve the issue. It’s clear that the owners of this franchise don’t care about their employees or customers at all, and I cannot recommend supporting this business. Since each location is independently owned, I suggest going to a different Dunkin' if you can.
Got food poisoning here. I?m not sure exactly what was in my drink (literally just a cold brew) but it tasted like toxic waste and I got VERY ill after drinking it. Contacted customer service and was told someone from this location would be reaching outto me, which never happened.
