Five Guys - Groton

Very friendly staff, great burgers and pommes as usual and beautiful outdoor seating with parasols! Look at this place that is beautiful, and is just from I 95, so it's a great pit stop. We discovered this place and stopped from our trip to Cape Cod. Four doggies have lunch with their parents when we first stop.

We went to Five Guys yesterday and ordered a Burger and Fries. It had been a while since we last visited a Five Guys, and we were surprised to discover that the burgers come as double-patty burgers by default. My husband ended up with a triple burger after adding an extra patty! It would have been helpful if the menu had indicated this, but the burgers were both generous in size and delicious. We also tried the fries, which came in a large portion overflowing from the usual white cup. Paired with the fantastic Gold Peak sweet tea from the fountain, we had a satisfying lunch. The burgers and fries were on the pricier side, but the quality was definitely worth it. If you're looking for a very filling burger and fries, I would recommend giving Five Guys a try.

This restaurant serves fantastic burgers. Despite the sign on the wall claiming they have burgers for under six dollars (which they don't), it is still a fantastic place to visit. The bag comes packed with delicious fries, and you definitely get your money's worth!

We arrived at 9, just an hour before closing time at 10. Despite the restaurant being busy, we were treated as valued customers. The server who assisted us was extremely patient and friendly. Not only did he take our order and process our payment efficiently, but he also went above and beyond when we requested drinks. As for the food, we were pleasantly surprised. Sometimes you never know what to expect when trying a new restaurant, but the quality was exceptional. The Cajun Fries were especially delicious, and the burgers were flavorful and generously topped. The staff, consisting of five individuals, made our dining experience truly memorable. We were able to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed or receiving any negative attitudes. We will definitely be returning customers in the future.
