Teriyaki Express - Griffin

Best Teriyaki around. We had sweet chicken. I had rice my husband had with his noodles. Portion size was great as we both got two meals out of it. Waitress locked door when we tried to come at 8:00. Owner unlocked restaurant immediately asked why she did it. The waitress either quit or was fired left in bad mood. All right, that's it.

We dine here frequently and absolutely love the freshly cooked food. It's always quick and delicious. However, I deducted a star because of the customer service. When you place an order, the staff tends to speak too quickly and can come across as rude, which leaves little room for genuine customer interaction. To improve, I suggest offering training to the staff taking orders, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing customer service over simply rushing to complete orders.

I always place a pickup order, and my food is consistently ready on time. I do find their prices a bit on the higher side, but the generous portion sizes make it worth the expense. They offer a great variety, and everything I've tried has been delicious!

The food is quite pricey, but it tastes amazing. The owner and staff offered excellent service. We will definitely return.
