A wonderful experience from start to finish. Excellent friendly staff full of personality. A homely atmosphere which allows you to relax and enjoy your evening. I had the most delicious steak I ever had, I did not want the meal to end. There was a varied menu to suit everyone. Lovely wine selection and scrumptious deserts. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a night out.

I ate here on 30 December and reviewed it in January. Ate again in February, and again on 16 March. Like other reviewers, I also found it chilly in December, but the food was excellent, as it was every time I ate here. Today, the heat was on 'full blast ' and it was very comfortable in the main dining area. Service, food, ambience, value are all excellent. Booking advised, as the place is almost always full. Again I 'll be back soon.
