Wendy's - Gretna

This is usually a decent Wendy to stop, but tonight was ridiculous. There were only 2 cars in front of me in the car thru and we waited for over 25min. Then Lady in the window was not the kindest person, think she must be reminded that she has a job because people choose to eat her. So if they decide to eat elsewhere, do bad service, then their not point of their work there. Got the 2 stars because the food was good, which should not be too difficult to make chicken nuggets and chill.

This location is near my work. The ladies here have always been polite and my food is always made quickly and accurately. Thanks for the courteous service!

I went in with low expectations, but I ended up feeling very disappointed. The sandwich I ordered was lukewarm, and the fries were cold and had a stale taste, as if they had been sitting out for a while. One could say the oil needed to be changed. Overall, I just really don't enjoy Wendy's.

I can only share my personal experience, and I had a fantastic one at Kenyara. I was really pleased to see the server smile after dealing with some rude customers before me; her positive attitude truly made my day. My order was correct, and I was pleasantly surprised by how perfect the chili was.

The order I received was cold, so I requested a fresh replacement. However, they just heated up the same order, and when I got home, it was tough and difficult to eat.
