Jimmy John's - Gretna

Always a delight to eat at at JJ's place when on the road traveling with family. Dependable and reasonable are two words I attribute to this deli sandwich shop. This one delivered two fresh subs just right! : Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow. We waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us. When we looked through the window, we saw 3 employees working. Two of them were standing around on their phones while one older gentleman was running the entire store. We felt sorry for him. This is the only Jimmy John's location in Omaha where we have had issues. Food: 3.

This is the complete opposite of fast service. The drive-thru took 40 minutes in total, with 25 minutes from the time we ordered to when we received our sandwich. The food was rated a 4, service a 1, and atmosphere a 3.

Although the food is good, Jimmy John's in Gretna should really try to figure out how to not advertise as freaky fast delivery. I can't remember the last time I have had my sandwich in less than 45 minutes. I have learned to order at least an hour in advance. Service: Delivery Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1

The drive-thru wait times are long, the teenagers working inside are rude, and the delivery service is not very fast. It's difficult to place an order, and the ingredients often seem stale, especially the bread. I will no longer be ordering from this restaurant. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
