Tamale Factory - Gresham

I was never a big fan of tamales until I attended my chiropractor's customer appreciation day and they had Tamale Factory set up a cart. I decided to give them a try and I'm so glad I did because I ended up eating three! They were so delicious that I couldn't get enough. Now I am a loyal customer for life.

I was blown away by the deliciousness of the Pork and Green Chile Tamale and the Sweet Corn Tamale at this restaurant. However, the real standout for me were the beans - they were absolutely fantastic! The overall value for the price in terms of quantity and quality of food was excellent. I can't forget to mention how delicious the tamales were either. Trust me, you have to try the beans! Yum!

It is surprisingly difficult to find good fools. Maybe because I was spoiled with my big grandmother, who died home-made that grow up. but the of tamale factory are amazing! Meat-masa ratio is on point and they are beautiful and damp. I wanted to make myself for christmas, but I'm just gonna get a few here.
