Jazzy Bagels - Gresham

I recently moved from California to Gresham and stumbled upon this restaurant. The bagels are absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I chose a seat by the fireplace, which made for a lovely dining experience accompanied by live piano music. The peaceful atmosphere is remarkable, and I can't wait to bring all my friends and family here.

After all the excitement and glowing reviews, I'm sorry to say I was quite disappointed. It took about half an hour to get through the line, which felt excessive, especially since there were only four groups of two to four people ahead of us. I ordered an Everything Bagel, toasted, with plain cream cheese. We all know what an Everything Bagel should taste like, right? It should have a balance of fennel, a hint of onion, and that subtle blend of nuts and seeds. However, the bagel I received had an overwhelming taste of garlic powder—and not even good garlic powder. To make matters worse, they messed up my friend’s order, and it wasn’t discovered until we got home to eat. We didn't feel like making the long trip back. I’ll give them one more chance, but if this is their standard, I think I’ll pass in the future.

I've always loved this place, but my recent experience was disappointing. My food was completely forgotten; even though I was the second to order, I ended up being the last to leave. I tried to be nice and polite about it, but now I'm having second thoughts about returning since my bagel was overlooked, and I had to remind them again. It wasn't a fun experience.

YUM! Definitely recommend! Farmers bagel was stacked. Outside indoor seating. Coffee options. Ice cream. Wide selection of premium Bagels and cream cheese spreads!

Busy!!! 15 minutes to order and 10 to get my basic bagel. Really good bagels but unfortunately they were a bit short-staffed for the past twice I've been there and it's taken forever to get any of our food
