Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Called to place a order and been on hold for 22 minutes like what the hell they didn't even apologize for forgetting about me being on hold.

Came here for lunch break multiple times, never disappoints! Pretty busy place though.

I went through the drive through about 9:00 PM. I ordered the Big Zax Meal. I end up having to go back around to the window because I was not satisfied with my food. The fries were cold and hard. The chicken seems like it had been sitting under the warmer and the toast was disgusting. I was disappointed because I paid to get quality food. I will be returning the order tomorrow because I didn’t even eat the food. I also wonder why the doors were locked at that time because I initially tried to go inside.

Went through the drive through which took way too long. I ordered and the lady did not tell me they were out of filets for the sandwich. So I got two chicken strips on a bun instead. Then the woma on the phone gave me attitude when I called about it. The staff stay on their phones and don’t care about their customers.
