フィードバックを提供するThrough the ride thru and it was a little busy. They had both lanes open, and no one answered orders on both sides. We had to go to the window to place our order. And because all had to do this, we literally spent 30 minutes waiting in the line!! Then I come into the window and the employees cuddle each other back and forth. It was just ridiculous
The drive thru service was horrible. I sat at the order board for about eight minutes before I was able to order. Once I started placing my order I asked for a quarter pounder. I was immediately cut off and told they didn't have quarter pounder meat. I changed my order to chicken tenders I was told they don't serve them now. I was finally able to place my ordrr. I got to the window they begin to pass me my drinks. I asked for a cup holder and was told no they dont have any with an attitude. Then I was given some of my food which was French fries. As we all do I took a few out the bag expecting to eat some fresh hot fries. No the complete opposite. I held the fries out the window and said, these are cold. The girl at the window referred my concer to the other lady. She stepped by the window with an attitude and told me she could not take the fries back. Pull up and they will bring them out. She never stepped to the window to properly address me. After about another six or seven minutes. The young lady from the window brought my fries and she did apologise. I do not think this is a good place to go at night. Smh I hope everyone else's experience is not as bad as mine was.
The quality of this specific McDonald's has declined exponentially over the past few years. The customer service aspect is basically non-existent, the staff is rude, the orders are almost always incorrect, and the food is worthless. I also have had a couple of close acquaintances catch the staff taking pictures of their credit/debit cards. I always pay with cash to avoid such an issue. Just a warning. The last time I was here, my burger buns were stale, the meat cold, the cheese hard, and the fries were cold. My order was wrong at first and it took 15 minutes to get it corrected. During an experience before this, I was asking to pull forward and then forgotten. When I went in to get my food and speak with manager, the food wasn't even prepared. Well except for my milkshake which was completely melted and worthless. They actually gave it to me and it was almost room temp. When I asked for a replacement, I was promptly told that the ice-cream machine was broken. I didn't receive an apology or a refund and the manager was belligerent and entirely unhelpful. I could also hear very demeaning comments and racial slurs being issued forth from the kitchen area. I can't confirm if they were necessarily toward myself, but it felt like it. I tried to call the corporate office to file a complaint and was left on hold for over 2 hours. I eventually left a message, but was never contacted in regards to my complaint. I have not, and will not, returned to this location. I highly recommend that you look
Food okay but as soon as I walked in, it smelled just like Cat ****. But the play place area smelled a lot better and my kid loved it.
They didnt give us straws, our fries were old and our buns were hard as rocks. We took a sandwich in and asked for a fresh one and a worker grabbed a pre-made one with his bare hands. Maybe its just the meat but it looks like there's a bite out of it. It wouldn't have been such a bad experience if they would have at least been nice.
