Chick-fil-a - Greer

I always love Chick-fil-A! I'm glad that this location now offers curbside pick up again. Don't forget to try their peach milkshake this summer - it's the best one they have all year!

PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR YOUR FOOD, YOUR KIDS FOOD! I will NOT be eating here again this location is losing it, I went to order a 12 count meal In march 2023 and my order was so cold, I called to speak with a manager , she ask did I have the receipt, at the time I couldn’t find my Receipt but I remembered who took my order, she told me there’s no one here by that name.. I told her that was the name on the receipt I knew exactly who took my order , and she ended up finding my order using the last 4 digits of my debit card.. come to find out I was RIGHT about who took my order and she never apologized about that or the cold meal! She offered me a free meal for the next time. I went here in May to order a 12 count and mac&cheese and AS I WAS EATING IT WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD! I called FIRST THING and no one seemed concerned, one guy hung up the phone on me I called back and a lady manager kept saying “we wear hair nets” i really can not believe how much this chick fil a has gotten out of hand! They barely say my pleasure anymore and are rude ! This time I called again ask for the manager who helped me place my order, and again someone says.we don’t have anyone here by that name!

Food is always hot but everytime I order a large fry this is usually what I get. It never fails. If I’m paying for an up charge on something it shouldn’t be anything less.

This location is lacking management or something, the food is mediocre. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and the entire sandwich was cold. The bun was so hard, and it crumbled. I couldn't finish my meal. I asked for no ice and got ice to the top of and 1 napkin! ....is only this location bc I've been to others and are great!

Chick-fil-A is consistently excellent no matter which location you visit. The service is great and the food is always fresh. Despite the long lines, they are able to serve customers quickly. However, they could improve by taking inspiration from the Chick-fil-A in Mooresville, NC. This particular location is the most organized and efficient Chick-fil-A I have ever experienced, with employees directing traffic and multiple order takers in the drive-thru.
