Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Greer

I went to the restaurant with my mother on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered a small cone while she had a milkshake. Both treats were disappointingly watery. I'm not sure if they were just ready to close since it was late in the weekend, but for $12, I expect real ice cream, not something that tastes diluted. My mother, who is older, wanted to leave because it was raining, and she was disappointed since it was her first visit. I had previously raved about how great the place was, so it was a letdown.

The staff was friendly and patient during our first visit. The selections were amazing, and the chocolate was fresh and delicious. I especially loved that they offer pup cups!

Good service. The ice cream taste was not what we were serving. (Strawberry Kiwi was the posted ice flavor, but we were served watermelon. My husband didn't care about the vanilla or the water, but I enjoyed the tin lizzy ice cream. Beautiful seating area under cover. Pretty expensive.

Okay the ice cream itself is very delicious. The treatment we just received from the young lady on the car was terrible. I paid over 11.00 for my order. There were three shovels of butterpecan and there were only two shovels and not even one half for the third shovel. I told her that ice from there often gets and that wasn't 3 pots. She says yes. At this point I feel like I'm being cheated, so my second order was for three pots of chocolate. Chocolate and butter pecan and they brought it to us in a small children's cup and tell me there were three pots. I'm annoyed now and ask for the company number she calls back, I'll go to the office and see if I can find her. Not very happy with the breasts in Greer sc. Date 7/9/2022

The ice cream here is incredible! They also offer no sugar added options that change every two weeks, which I really appreciate. It's difficult to find quality no sugar added ice cream, and theirs is far superior to anything available at the grocery store!
