Sahara Middle Eastern

Sahara has been a staple in Colorado for at least 25 years, and it continues to be one of my favorite restaurants! I've yet to find another place that makes better hummus or fattoush. My favorite dish is the lamb, and I've never been disappointed with how it's prepared.

This restaurant is a wonderful spot for a lovely meal. The service is attentive, and the food is exceptional.

Consistent good eating and friendly service in this long-term dtc restaurant. do not let them stand off from the stripe mall layer; the interieur is welcoming in its ethnic institution and one of the few places quiet enough for talks.
