Kfc - Greenwood

This was the worst place! We ordered an all white meat 3 piece and a few sides, we waited for 20 minutes and then they asked me twice if I ordered the chicken tenders. Then they asked me what I ordered and wanted to see my receipt, after another 10 min we finally we got our food and the guy didn't give us any of the extra sides and biscuit we ordered. Told him about it and he agreed like he didn't know what I was talking about so I said it was on the receipt I gave you, he brought it back to me well we went to the truck and they gave us all dark meat. My husband went back in this time and they told him they were out of white meat! Well why didn't you tell me that when I placed the order? So instead you just randomly give someone dark meat after they've paid extra for white without even telling us?? He ended up having to get a different mask bc he doesn't like dark meat. This was by far the worst place I've been to in a long time and I will not be doing business in this particular restaurant ever again!

Extremely Disappointed in this KFC location in Greenwood off Main St. Mash Potatoes w/ gravy were bland, chicken tenders were bland and over cooked, fries were the only thing edible. Employee did not give me a spoon or fork with my dine-in tray, had to go back to the counter to ask for one.. C'mon!Worse part about this location is that it is NOT FAMILY friendly, there are no High Chairs or ways to accommodate young children while dining inside. When I asked the cashier if this was a family friendly restaurant without seating for children she said No while laughing. Never coming again!

I highly reccomend this location IF you like cold food with bugs in it. This place should be shut down.

Place has improved since I last ate, food is great, service is great also.

They are getting better with the overall quality and the staff is ok. The problem is they are always out of something. Its understandable at times but after several different occurrences it really becomes aggravating.
