フィードバックを提供するReally did not need the reservation because restaurant was not busy, but to appreciate that you can make one. Food had arrived well and quickly, waitress was very pleasant and did a good job. We could take our time and enjoy conversations with our friends. Will definitely go back and recommend others. One thing that could improve was that the menus have to be cleaned between customers.
The perfect end of a wonderful day. The food was amazing, had the trio meat plate, brisket, chicken and pulled pigs. Great smoke taste and the sauces we fantastic. Will definitely be back!
This was our first time at Johnson's BBQ Shack. We want to support local businesses, especially restaurants that all fight during the pandemic. We came and the restaurant was empty. Our waiter greeted us at the door and was friendly and welcoming. We told him this was our first visit and asked if something in the menu is particularly good. He recommended the ribs or the three hit samplers. We ordered a complete shelf and the sampler as proposed. Our food came out in less than five minutes. It was bad, practically impossible. The ribs were a gray color; they seemed to have a car on them, but the texture was soft and rubbery. When we broke the meat into her. We think they were old and were microwaves. The three meats on the sampler were not better. The brisket was fat and boiled, the pulled pork was dried. Again we suspect that it was not fresh and we were supplied with microwave transitions. Our pages weren't better. The sweet corn cuprole had the consistency of musk. The Cole Slav tasted as if she had Miracle Whip at her base (which we don't like). The Mac and the cheese were good, but was not different from the force macaroni and cheese from a box. Before our waiter came back to check us, we had already pushed our plates away. We told him the food was bad, to which he reacted with “Let me get your check.” We were paid with our full bill. We spent $60 in less than 15 minutes and left hunger. Since we had left another table just sitting (the total occupancy of the restaurant shortly two parties) and we overheard our waiter recommend to try them one of the sandwiches on the menu. We supported a local business during the pandemic and even gave our waiter his full tip as he obviously did not want to have many customers. With all the good BBQ options around, Johnson's BBQ Shack is not to count.

This was our first time at Johnsons BBQ Shack. We want to support local businesses especially restaurants which all struggle during the pandemic. We arrived and the restaurant was empty. Our waiter greeted us at the door and was kind and welcoming. We told him this was our first visit and asked if anything on the menu is was especially good. He recommended the ribs or the three meet sampler. We ordered a full rack and the sampler as he suggested. Our food came out in less than five minutes. It was bad, practically inedible. The ribs were a grey color; they appeared to have a char on them, but the texture was soft and rubbery. When we cut into them the meat crumbled. We think they were old and had been microwaved. The three meats on the sampler were no better. The brisket was fatty and overcooked, the pulled pork was dried out. Again, we suspect it was not fresh and we were served microwaved leftovers. Our sides were no better. The sweet corn casserole had the consistency of mush. The cole slaw tasted as if it had Miracle Whip at its base (which we don’t like). The mac and cheese was fine, but was no different than Kraft macaroni and cheese out of a box. Before our waiter returned to check on us we had already pushed our plates away. We told him the food was bad, to which he responded with “let me get your check.” We were presented with our full bill, which we paid. We spent $60 in less than 15 minutes and left hungry. As we were leaving another table had just seated (making the total occupancy of the restaurant briefly two parties) and we overheard our waiter suggest to them they try one of the sandwiches on the menu.
