Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Greenwood

Delicious food and courteous staff! I visit at least once a week, and I'm consistently impressed by the excellent service and warm welcome I receive.

The blizzards were like melted ice cream and required too much chewing. The staff were unfriendly and seemed indifferent. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a 5 is that I went through the drive-thru. This visit was an hour before closing, so all machines should have been fully operational to serve customers.

I absolutely love their strawberry sundaes with nuts! The owner truly goes above and beyond to assist others, which is something you don't see very often these days. They've definitely earned my loyalty.

Just so frustrated...I don't know what has changed recently but things have definitely gone down hill. I'm used to eating here at least once a week or ever other week but somehow my order hasn't been right and the food tastes a bit old or on the cusp ofbeing timed out. Chicken tenders are barely lukewarm and the fries are limp and stale, I can't eat them. I ask for gravy andgiven ranch twice in a row now. Now mind you I come around 2pm but c'mon I shouldn't be getting the end of lunch hour pre-cookedfood. Let's do better Dairy Queen, your food quality is dropping. I know you can bounce back!!

It was ok, the ice cream was fine... but the place seemed under a remodel with chairs and boxes up front. It was clean, but not spotless clean- I've been to better DQ places, like the one in Spartanburg near I-26 by Home Depot.
