Mevali Shisha - Greenwich

The food at this restaurant is delicious. We split the cold meze starter platter and the mixed grill platter, which were both very satisfying for three people. It was a great deal for the price.

My favorite dish at this restaurant is the lahmacun, which is just as delicious as any you can find at the excellent restaurants in Kadikőy, located in Asian Istanbul. It's the perfect choice for a midday snack, especially when enjoyed in the outdoor seating area at the back of the restaurant.

The restaurant could use improved ventilation, but the falafel was delicious. I also tried the 'lion' flavored tobacco, which was mind-blowing.

We stopped in to this small Turkish restaurant for a quick lunch while touring Greenwich. Satisfactory surroundings, pleasant staff, good prices and good food. My wife had falafel in pita, and I had a double piri piri chicken wrap. Both were very good and we'd happily return.

Probably the best kebab I've ever had, the meat was marinated beautifully! The Shisha was also very good Only issue is that it was extremely busy and we where put upstairs, where there were flies coming in from the open windows, and no air conditioning!
