Hinoki - Greenwich

Hinoki is really incredible. There are many reviews about how excellent their sushi is, so I would like to call the eggplant out. Hinoki reinvented it. From texture to moisture to Umami flavor to presentation it is excellent. And this is Hinoki for you. The shell is analogous. Their preparation, creativity and refined understanding are present in everything they do. Your hospitality staff is attentive and passionate. It's just a pleasure to go and that's why it's the premiere restaurant on the avenue.

We were in Hinoki many times and absolutely love it. The dishes and drinks are delicious and the service is great. Very recommended!
