Kfc - Greenville

Not very friendly at drive thru. My friend had to open door and stretch to get food the cashier was very tall and made no effort to stretch himself. Then we saw there were no straws after we had pulled away. Food is great though

Terrible service when we went through the DriveThru. We asked for the new crispy chicken sandwich with 3 sides (mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and fries) and only received 2 sides (Cole slaw and fries). The boy in charge of taking orders was very rude and was rushing us without listening to what we were ordering at all. They charged us for the 3 sides though so we went back around to get the order corrected. They never originally asked if we wanted our receipt so they had to search for it and then after realizing their mistake, they still did not fix it. We decided to just go home since clearly they refused to get our order correct, and we will NOT be coming back here again. It was very disappointing because I usually always have positive experiences at other KFC locations.

My husband ordered at 610 extra crispy chicken in the meal deal they gave him original we opened the two bowls of mashed potato and it was full of raw potato flakes. He called they said come back. When we got down there they said it would be a wait on the extra crispy. So they said pull around to the front door. We did.. waited 30 minutes then called over over they wouldn't answer. Went around to the drive through said just give a refund. They took the food back and we had left the tea at home so they charged him for it. Not at all nice the whole time. Not a we apologize or anything. I said did they make the crispy chicken. She said yeah its up they must of forgot to bring it out. The manager should have been handling this all!!!!

I got 12pc original with biscuits and sides and the chicken was hot and fresh. The best KFC chicken that I have ever had. The biscuits was soft and hot and of course the sides was amazing. The Mac and Cheese is real cheesy which is awesome. The employees are so nice and friendly and brought my food out to me quickly. Having really good food and AWESOME employees is a must and this KFC has BOTH!!

KFC on white horse rd was really good ,went thru the drive thru quickly food was really good, staff was very friendly, quite the opposite from the one in Powdersville) I will definitely go the extra miles for the difference
