Kannika's Thai Kitchen - Greenville

Some of the best Thai food in Greenville SC! Don't underestimate this place. It's great! Whenever I go to a Thai place, I have to try my favorites to judge Thai dishes whether the place is as good as I had before. This is one of the few places I can say is fantastic! The Pad Kee Mao, Pinang Curry and Spring Rolls are delicious and the Calamari is one of the best ever. The servers seem like family that is another great sign of the service level and they do not disappoint. An interesting detail about this place is that they do not serve alcohol, but you can enjoy your own so that we enjoy our favorite spirits with our excellent meal. Will definitely be back. Very recommended!

My first time here and I liked it! Authenticity Thai flavor and the spice level is adjusted according to your wishes. The staff is friendly and service is great. Portion sizes are also good for the price. My wife had the pad Thai while I had Crispy Noodles with Tofu and both were delicious. Will definitely come back when we're in the area.

Wow, what a treat... Greenville, SC seriously has the best restaurants in the south. I thought we were spoiled to live in Charleston, but we never seem to fail with restaurants here in the Upstate. This place “Kannikkas Thai cuisine” was highly recommended to us. All I'm gonna say is we both left the restaurant with a circus in our mouth. Food, aromas, service and experience are incredible. 3 Thumbs Up and 5 stars from us.

I went to lunch at 1:30 and was packed. They only had two servers on hand and no hostess so it took a while until I sat. From what I heard of a tribe that is not typical. But remember this for your own visit. However, my server was always fast and efficient when it could join me. The kitchen staff is also very fast to clean food. For lunch all meals come with a spring roll. It's about what you can expect from any roll and duck sauce from an Asian place. My duck was the chickens Gaeng Daeng (Red) curry at a spice level of 10. It was very good. I'd say their 10 are 3-4x as sharp as an average jalapeño. Your lunches are generous, but for a rice wing like me, they charge $1 for extra rice. I can only make a few home, so I took it to go what leads me to the next point. Your to go box is fed with aluminum to keep the sauce from blood circulation. Smart stuff.

The food here is excellent. I have been to Thailand three times and love good Thai food. We had the basil chicken and garlic chicken lunch specials and they were delicious. The portions are large and very filling. We will definitely be back. Make sure you try the Thai Tea if you like a sweet and refreshing drink. The staff was so friendly and loved to talk about Thailand. We will definitely be back!
