Cici's Pizza - Greenville

The girl in the register was rude. The special pizza I ordered was not made after I got the 3rd. Once asked. The noodles were empty and were not cooked until all were gone. The pizza bar was almost empty. The workers spent more time laughing in the back room than working. I'll never go there again. It wasn't even so busy.

Nice clean restaurant. not a lot of Pizza out at the same time so there was a short period when only 3 pizzas were out since a large group entered and took everything.

I used to love this place moved away for about 5 years came through stopped to eat and was disappointed in the pizza had no flavor. Later that night me and my kids stomachs were upset ? ?

I'm a pizzaholic, so going here is always nice, but something was different this time around. Whoever the lady is that is walking around checking on everyone and keeping the place clean needs a raise. It's refreshing these days to see someone take pride in what they do, on top of their game, and with a smile on their face. Another lady behind the counter was equally friendly. Its nice to go somewhere and genuinely feel welcome.

Went in for lunch on Saturday at around 2 with my Cousin and her Daughter and this was the buffet?. Only 2 other tables in there at the time and I asked them when they would be putting pizza out they said 10 minutes so after eating salad and waiting 20 minutes I went and asked again when will pizza be put out and the lady again said 10 minutes while 2 high school age kids stood behind the counter dancing and laughing. At this point I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and I was informed she didnt speak English??. I then asked for my money back since I had paid for a all you can eat pizza buffet and there was NO pizza let alone all you can eat pizza. She said since I had eaten salad she couldnt give me a refund. I told her I didnt come in there for all you can eat salad bar I came in for all you can eat pizza. She said well you can wait or leave. Absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been to and they need a manager who speaks English.
