Great cafe with several things to choose from. We were surprised to see no seafood on the menu, but it turned out fine since everything was great. I had the chicken dinner, and my partner had the club sandwich. Generous portions and both were great. The coffee was good strong. The best part about this place is the STAFF. Laughs stories were plentiful. They were full of great advice suggestions for the remainder of our Newfoundland trip. THANK YOU LADIES!!

Worst service ever. Only thing to order was black salad. Basically telling non-locals to leave. It was said in a very racist way. Not polite at all. Reply: if you are so busy, how can you reply to my review so quickly? Full disclosure: this reply was written after the owner 's replied within 30 minutes while he was super busy . Worse customer service I've ever seen in my life. Heard all good things about the food there. But unfortunately we didn't even get a chance to try there food. We drove over and hour n a half to get there. As soon as we walked into the door . The lady on cash was very rude.. before we even sit down she said it would be 30 mins before we could get the sunday dinner. We wasent instreated in the Sunday dinner at the time. So we both got our menus. Then she's comes back from the kitchen an say no matter what you order it's going to be a 30 mins wait. Mean while we are the only people in the restaurant. She was very rude and unpleasant as soon as we walked into the establishment..no matter how good your food is. We will never be back.
