1st visit ever. #MNneedsaLeesFamousChicken without a doubt the best fried chicken my son and I have ever had. Very few, if any establishments in MN land of casseroles know how to fry chicken. I had a 3 piece meal with fried Okra, The kid had a fried leg kid meal. I ordered a regular fried liver basket as well. Everett who's 7, and has never experienced true southern food, life the livers with Texas Pete pepper sauce( I didn't tell him what it was until he swallowed but he likes the fried Okra more. Friendly staff. My motto is great home cooked food should never be fast or it isn't fresh. I believe Lee's agrees. Stop in you'll love it. If you're looking for a miserable dinner, YOU FOUND IT! From coleslaw so slimy you had to spit it out and pray that you don't die from it, to fried chicken that was made fresh (wait, was it ever fresh or under a heat lamp until WHEN? , GIZZARDS SERVED IN WHAT?
