We called ahead twice to let them know we had a large party..host still surprised when we arrived. Table they sat us at had a huge spill underneath and we had to ask host twice to clean it up, so we could sit safely. I assume they were severely short staffed, some people didn't receive their food until others had already been eating for 20 mins, we had to repeatedly ask Mr.Miguel for refills. The lady who began assisting to bring our food was super awesome, wish I had gotten her name. This specific Greensboro location didn't provide as great of experience as other locactions we have dined at.

Yummmm! The lady that served was pregnant and was either tired or tired. She started of kinda cold but we ignored her and kept loving her. By the end of the road, we were best buddies. Ze bergers are nice though y'all skimping on the sizes since Covid. The bottomless sides are excellent.

The experience was fantastic! The food was incredibly fresh and delicious.

I arrived at 6:27pm on a Monday evening to celebrate my son’s 11th birthday. It was in a party of 4. There was no one at the host stand. We waited 2-3 minutes before someone came and seated us. At 6:33pm, waitress came over. We got waters. I ordered pretzel bites for the table as an appetizer. They came at 6:39pm and were tasty. However, the cheese was eh lol. It wasn’t sticking to the bites well and the cheese wasn’t plated correctly, so it was dripping on the bites. I ordered a spiked freckled lemonade at 6:41pm and it came at 6:47pm. It wasn’t what I was expecting. It lacked a strawberry flavor that I was looking for, however the menu simply said it has strawberries so that’s my fault. I feel like it was fine once I got past that lol. Per menu, it was supposed to be garnished with a sugar rim and a lemon wedge, and it wasn’t. I should’ve gotten the house margarita with strawberry flavor. Also, the drink prices aren’t labeled, which I dislike at places. My drink was $7.99. The house margarita is $4.99. The Cadillac margarita is $12.99. I asked the waitress about prices before ordering. I don’t like surprises. We ordered at 6:48pm. My sister and I both got the southern charm with garlic fries. Both my sons got the the reds cheeeburger with steak fries. My son got the caramel apple lemonade, which is a limited time drink. The food came at 7:17pm. My burger was OUTSTANDING!! I enjoyed it so much! The steak fries were also tasty. With the fries, you’re able to get more (for free). We all got more fries. I was full after that. I told the waitress it was my son’s birthday. He was able to get a balloon and she brought him a sundae, which he enjoyed! Overall, it was a good experience!

Last night was our first time dining at this restaurant. The server and manager provided excellent service, and the food was absolutely delicious!
