Insomnia Cookies - Greensboro

I use to love this place. Now I need to find me a new cookie spot. The Cookies were undercooked and doughy in the middle and this is the second time this has happened. The young kids who work here don?t care and have no people skills. Very unprofessional. Insomia is now my least favorite snack spot.

OMG!!!!! The absolute best chocolate chip cookies cookies! Warm or cold they?re amazing. Edit: have been back a couple of times and original review unchanged. Cookies are amazing! Staff are polite and get you in and out really quickly. Update: my daughter put me on to their Peanut Butter cookies and now I am in love! They are crispy on the edges but still soft in the middle with perfectly balanced peanut butter that?s not to sweet or dry. Yummy, yummy!

The restaurant had a good concept, but poor presentation. My fiancé and I stopped by, only to find that they were out of almost every cookie, no brownies, or cookie cakes. I understand that some items were unavailable due to shortages, but I literally only had 4 options to choose from. We decided to order anyway, but 6 other people behind us got irritated and left. The cookies were not fresh, they were hard and cold. Unfortunately, I did not receive a receipt so I cannot provide an order number. I am highly disappointed and will not be returning. If I lived closer, I would go back for a refund, but we don't live nearby and weren't able to turn around.

Recently tried these cookies for the first time and they were freshly baked and warm. While they were tasty, I didn't find them to be particularly unique compared to other cookies I've had. There are many great bakeries in the area, so these cookies didn't really stand out to me. Overall, they were okay but I don't think I'll be returning.

We ordered 2 pints of ice cream and a dozen assorted cookies through DoorDash. The DoorDash service told us that this store delivers their own orders. We never received any notification on delivery. After an hour and a half I called the store only to realize that they left our order outside. All 7 of us were in the living room next to the open front door. The driver never notified that our order was there. The DoorDash app never even trolls it they had left the store for delivery. Our ice cream was melted and the cookies were cold and hard. Very disappointing! Just knock on the door!
