Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Went there recently. Most of the workers don?t seem to like they?re job. The manager had to yell at the staff because things weren?t being done properly. Moreover, my chicken AND biscuits came out undercooked, which would have gotten me sick had I not caught it. Couldn?t eat anything but the fries. I?d personally much rather they take the time to make quality EDIBLE food. Slow and undercooked is disappointing.

Didn't want to give me the chicken that I ordered, but they were willing to give the next person in line exactly what I paid for! Saying that the wing is the same as the thigh. In what world are they even remotely the same.... Previous review: I had to wait because they didn't have any chicken being made...and in the end this is what I get If I wanted to pay $7 for chicken wings, I would have gone somewhere else. What kind of Bojangles would serve their chicken this size lol

I normally am fine with the service, but the girl who was at the line today was so rude! just before me she was flirting with the guys and making sure their order was perfect but when I went up to place my order there wasn't a hello, what can I get you, nothing. She didn't even give me a receipt she just looked at me and walked away! Absolute terrible service she needs more training.

1. Parking is horrible. 2. Food is always short. I went there 3 days in a row to get 3-wing dinner and was told all there times that it's gone. One of the staff even told me with a happy face that it's normally gone by 3 o'clock. They already know it's a pattern without any improvement. 3. Service speed is slow. I constantly seeing only one staff at the counter doing all the ordering and packaging. 4. They don't care. For all the 3 visits that I was there they don't seem to care if you get what you want or not. They just tell you it's gone and that's it. Updated 3months later: They seem to improve a lot on the supply. Now every time I am there they are pretty fast. Thanks for listening

Never actually open past like 5pm. never actually open when the UNCG dining hours and Google say they are
