Visited before the cinema- it is ok for a fast meal after the work before they see a movie. personal pleasant, eating moderate

The free refill drinks were not working, the service was too slow, and we were left feeling thirsty by the end of our meal. The coleslaw tasted like it came from a catering company—cheap and not great—when we were expecting a homemade American style. Everything else was good, though.

Waited quite a while for food to come out. No one came over to offer more drinks etc. Once food came out service improved. When it was time to pay they then wanted to be friendly and chat. Food was ok generally. The chips with chilli on was lovely.

This is a fantastic restaurant that accommodated my son's autism wonderfully. The food and service were both excellent. Thank you!

While I have no complaints about the food and service, I must say that the cleanliness of the establishment leaves much to be desired. After my visit to Ed's, I felt ill during the night, and I believe it was due to my experience in the restrooms, as I was the only one in my group who used them. Unfortunately, they were in a terrible state. There was no adequate soap available, and there were no facilities to dry your hands. Moreover, the toilets themselves were in poor condition, with flies buzzing around. I genuinely believe that this establishment should be closed until significant improvements are made in cleanliness standards.
