While the building itself is very unique and interesting, our experience was not. The help was very young. While I applaud young people working, leadership was obviously lacking in guidance. The food… nah. On recommendation from our waitress I ordered chicken nachos. These were barely a step above any nachos I can order at my local community ball park. Especially the cheese sauce, obviously just poured from a can. Very disappointing.
Soon, at 10:45 pm, you will be desperate for customers. Your staff will be hungry, possibly homeless, and likely to quit. When I order a burger at 10:45, it will be the highlight of their night. I will not forget this neglect, and I will track down every cook possible to satisfy my craving for mushroom Swiss burgers.
Recently had a family gathering at The Depot, with family members visiting from Indiana, Arizona, and Florida, and they all absolutely loved it. Some even mentioned returning for the concerts. The food was fantastic, though the only complaint was the mayo being in difficult-to-open packets instead of a cup. Our server, Taylor Lynn, was excellent and made sure all of our needs were met promptly. We will definitely be returning again in the future.
Food has always been outstanding and is one of the few places where to go food is ALSO just as good. There are always weekend/community events and plenty of room for large gatherings or parties.
First time visitor. It was just Ok. Oh and it was expensive. What place isn't these days! Most appetizers were $10 and were about 4-5 bites. I ordered the pork chops. Dry and chewy and certainly over cooked. May or may not go back.
