I just stopped by and ordered a full rack of baby back ribs. There was hardly anyone in the place—just me, the cashier, and the cook—so I didn’t expect much of a wait. The service was fantastic; I was in and out in no time. For my twenty dollars, I received two dollars in change and a whole rack wrapped in aluminum foil. The ribs were absolutely delicious, featuring a lovely smoke ring and a tender texture—perfectly moist, not dry at all. The rub they use is ideal for my palate: smoky, spicy, and with a hint of sweetness. The sauce was served on the side, with a choice between sweet or spicy. I opted for the sweet, and it paired beautifully with the rub. I can't wait to return and see if the rest of their menu is as delightful as these ribs!

I had the ribs with sauce, and they were absolutely delicious! It was, hands down, the best sauce I've ever tasted.
