Burger King - Greeneville

The burgers have been getting smaller and are no longer worth purchasing. On October 10th, the onion rings were not fresh, and the original chicken sandwich was ordered with a lot of wobble, while the tomatoes barely had any wobble and there was very little lettuce.

Awful experience! I found a spider in my food, which was really unsettling. I'll never forget that moment.

The daytime manager was very rude. I complained about our nuggets and a sandwich we ordered because the nuggets were undercooked and the sandwich had rotten lettuce on it. We will never eat at Burger King again, as if it was not a big deal to them.

I wanted to replace an order, we had received about 2 weeks before, which was not what we ordered that I had agreed to replace it if I could come back there. So I went back that day the dame I spoke with was not there of course and the kerl says well that I would just have been so random on vacation, so I'm not sure who you spoke to, but it wasn't them so they couldn't replace it. So again bought food low and behold, we got home, that is 8 minutes away and our food was disgusting cold and evil.

Staff they have now is great! Lady was great with my 9yo. Always good food.
