Oyama Sushi - Greenbrae

The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The service was exceptionally courteous and attentive. I had a wonderful experience, and the sushi was simply outstanding. I've returned a few more times with friends. They also have a lovely outdoor patio where you can bring your dog. This has definitely become our new favorite spot for excellent sushi. I highly recommend the rainbow roll, Oyama special, rock n roll, and lion king roll.

I called in an order for pick-up, and I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Even though the sushi came in plastic to-go boxes, the quality was impressive enough to win over Fortune 50 executives. The staff was fantastic and extremely friendly. I didn’t try the food myself, but my boss mentioned that everyone at the lunch meeting was really impressed.

This spot is consistently good. All of the staff seem to speak Mandarin (in addition to English! but they make delish Japanese food. I’ve probably been here at least a dozen times and the only complaint is the dressing on the salads seem to be devoid of oil, like it’s just a shoyu sauce only. Other than that though, udon, sushi/sashimi, poke salad, and cooked things like gyoza, teriyaki tempura are traditional and tasty.

I ordered several specialty rolls and they were delicious! I will definitely be returning for more.
