T.g.i. Friday's - Greenbelt

Although I love Friday's food, my experience at this restaurant was horrible. To begin with, our waitress was also the bartender so she was very unattentive and lackadaisical. To matters worse, they overcharged my bank account almost four hundred dollars and it has been two weeks. I've yet to receive a refund. Their customer service level is ZERO...and the 1-800 Fridays phone number is no help either. They have stupid guest relations people who care nothing about your experience and merely type your complaints into a computer and you never hear anything back from management. BOTTOM LINE, DON'T EAT HERE!!! Horrible location, horrible managers and a horrible waitress.

The customer service is horrible. I never been to a food place where customers were totally ignored..if you want 2 have a bad time go there!
