The Grill At Quail Creek - Green Valley

As you might know, I don't dine out very often, but I'm glad I made the decision to go to the Grill at Quail Creek with my neighbors. They wanted to see a band called Two Guys, and they certainly delivered an enjoyable performance. Our waiter, John, was outstanding—talk about top-notch service! He had such a vibrant personality, always cheerful and clearly passionate about his job, which revolves around making customers happy. He offered excellent meal suggestions and checked on us frequently, but not too often, which made for a perfect dining experience. The food was delicious, and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We will definitely be returning!

I am very disappointed with my experience. I made reservations earlier this week for a special birthday dinner, but despite several tables being empty, we were seated right in the main aisle next to the noisy bar, which was filled with loud patrons. When I asked to switch tables, my request was denied. Meanwhile, another couple arrived and were offered a nice, quiet table. The hostess explained that they had reserved that specific table. Why wasn't I informed that my reservation wouldn't guarantee a decent table? We ended up leaving.

I can’t recommend Quail Creek and The Grill highly enough! We celebrated my mom's birthday in a stunning private room that was ideal for our lively 5-year-old. The food was delicious and fairly priced, especially without drinks. The staff was incredibly accommodating. We later moved to the bar area, where there was live music, and my son really lit up the atmosphere by getting everyone in the mood to dance. The band played a great mix of 70s and 80s hits and even let my son play the tambourine! We’ll definitely return to enjoy more food, music, and dancing.

This is home, so...careful there, but the best part of the Grill is that I don 't have to leave Quail Creek to have a bite to eat and some drinks. We normally like to sit at the bar or upstairs. Shelah and Bianca (bartenders) (and in the past Nadia), takegreat care of us. There are a number of really great waiters, too, who really go out of their way to provide a great diningexperience. The food specials are hit or miss. Sometimes great other times OK. Prices are a bit high, but the the restaurantis very clean and modern. There are often events and entertainment. And one is never too old to cut the rug as they say.

A happy man who loves his job and for him that job is to make you happy. He helped make suggestions for our meals, checked on us often, but not to often. And just made the night better. The food was good, all four of us enjoyed our meals. We will return.?
