Very nice hotel clean rooms, nice decor and furniture, friendly staff.

Been moved rooms 2 times. The 1st time they tried putting us in a suite we didn't book. Second room the ac wasn't working. They had there engineer come up and Said he fixed it at 4 got back to our room around midnight on the 5th floor it's 76°.My dog was panting and they won't put us in another room or pay for us to be in another hotel! We Our booked to be here another Month! This is absolutely not okay. Was informed by the front desk her manager Michelle said they can bring a fan up and comp us the night. We're out here for work and iur company is paying for the stay not going to help us. Do better!

Good, clean hotel as usual. The only complaint was that the shower was very very slippery. Almost slipped twice and fell.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament. It was a busy weekend (which most are with these types of events) however the hotel seemed quite unprepared. We had 3 in our party, and our stay/play said we were to have breakfast. I had to ask for vouchers TWICE. I I got 4 for three people for two nights (yeah, do the math, it doesn't work). The room was so hot that we had to go out and buy our fans. There were ants in our room. The breakfast I discussed before was worse than continental, and you got one plate. So, already spending almost $200/night, we had to go out and get breakfast. The room floors weren't clean either. When I would stop by the desk, IF someone was there (BIG IF), they would just say, I'll look into it. They didn't seem to care at all, just a paycheck. When i asked for more food vouchers they were basically like you get what you get...Because the stay was so awful, when I checked out, I wanted to talk to someone about it, but here I am, two weeks later, still fighting with Hilton Honors for the 100% guarantee.

The hotel was super nice! Loved the bed it was so comfortable, the girl who checked us in were super nice, love the location the pool was perfect for our kids especially my 5 yr old. I will be coming back again for my next Omaha trip!
