Pablo's Mexican - Green Bay

The guacamole was bland and served in a very small portion for the price, especially when compared to what other restaurants offer. My daughter ordered a burrito, but after just one bite, she couldn't finish it. My wife’s vegetarian chimichanga arrived with large chunks of what appeared to be sausage in the cheese sauce. Although they remade it, the filling was overwhelmed by a mix of vegetables that just didn't taste good. I ordered the vegetarian fajitas, which were passable but lacked flavor, and the beans had a strange taste. The margaritas were decent but uninspired. Overall, I would suggest skipping this place, as there are many other excellent Mexican restaurants in the area.

There was only one waitress working that day, and I'm not sure if there were any others. The service was lacking, and the most disappointing part was that the food was served cold. The waitress attributed the temperature issue to the condiments, like tomatoes and sour cream, but the melted cheese on top of the burrito was also cold, suggesting it had been sitting out for quite some time before reaching our table. I had hoped for an authentic Mexican dining experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

Had Texas burrito and taco salad and alcohol free margaritas which is a plus owner is very personal and cares about her customers

Multiple visits to Pablo's. Always fresh salads, fresh guacamole, awesome burritos, chimichangas, and tacos. Tequila selection fills the spectrum. Margaritas are better custom then the house Rita's, which are still good . Very good Mexican food on GreenBays far east side.

The woman, who I think might be the owner, was really rude. We were the only customers there, and all I could hear were microwaves. The restaurant had just opened, so I shouldn't have been hearing microwave doors slamming. The doors were still locked at 11 AM, leaving my 4-year-old, my fiancé, and me out in the cold.
