フィードバックを提供するI ordered Uber Eats and had a terrible experience. The hash browns were burnt and soggy, the lemon ricotta mixed berry crepe had no berries, the fluffy French toast was hard and tough, and the ginger snap milkshake was melted and half full, tasting like spoiled milk. I will not be ordering from IHOP again.
We placed an order through Grubhub and were missing a soda, as well as being told that the cheese for the fries would come separately, which was Grubhub's mistake and not IHOP's. When we brought this issue to the attention of IHOP staff (since Grubhub was unhelpful), they quickly worked to correct the mistake. The chef even came out and personally apologized. Therefore, I would give the customer service at this IHOP location a 5-star rating!
When the Breakfast Club gathers on Saturday, IHOP is the go-to spot! With a hearty meal of 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 2 fluffy pancakes, 2 sausages, and 2 pieces of ham, it's the perfect place to start your day!
Nasty dirty silverware handed to us in clean napkins. Then found hair in food. Not once but 3 different plates. Then they said it was our fault. Never going there again
Great staff, really good breakfast! Will come back when I make another trip out to lovely Wisconsin.
