Cousins Subs - Green Bay

Veggies taste old to me on numerous occasiond, so not fresh tasting enough to keep me coming back.

Have not been to Cousins in years, certainly not the Cousin's sub I remember. Had to wait a good 10 minutes to have my order taken.....was ready to walk out before a kid showed up out of the back room. Selection wise, Subway is a better value for the money!

I love Cousin subs, but I have done online orders from here twice now and both times I got home to find that the order was not correct.

Three weeks in a row and could not get my order straight once. Called yesterday to complain and the best they offered me was 20% off or come back to have my sub replaced when my lunch at work was almost over so I didn’t have time. Apparently the staff doesn’t read the order as my receipts were all listed with correct ingredients. Not wasting my time anymore. Corporate didn’t care either as I received no phone call back. I guess I will pay Jimmy Johns the extra money for delivery and still come out ahead.

Still the best subs around. Better than the other 2 sub conglomerates!
